When you work with Digital Blueprint and use our Digi Hub, you’ll have access to a complete range of marketing skills, ranging from strategy development through to implementation, and a team with niche expertise in your industry.
The Digi Hub is tailored to meet your individual requirements. If you decide to work with us, we’ll discuss your needs and develop a service level agreement (SLA), defining exactly what we’ll be doing for you. These agreements can change as our relationship evolves, for example if you decide you need a higher level of marketing support as time goes on.
We offer a highly personal level of service, and will appoint a dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all your projects are executed according to your instructions and specifications. They’ll be in daily email and telephone contact with you, answering any queries you may have and keeping you up-to-date with all your current marketing activity. Not only this, but we’ll also have regular face-to-face meetings with you, including monthly informal reviews and quarterly formal reviews of our progress to date and objectives for the coming months. This is the personal touch Digital Blueprint provides, it will feel like we're part of the team.
what is the cost for the digi hub?
We charge a simple, fixed monthly fee based on the estimated number of hours we’ll be spending on your account each month. Our monthly retainer cost starts at approximately £1,500 + VAT, although the actual cost can vary according to your requirements, the number of hours you need, and the length of your contract.
